SKIN1004 – Retail-Grade Beauty Showcase - Custom Trade Show Booth
Beaver XP designed, fabricated and installed SKIN1004’s beauty showcase in Orlando, Florida. Our scope ran end to end: design development, carpentry and millwork, large-format graphic production, freight and on-site installation.
The stand was built around a single visual anchor — a full-height arched dome carrying deep-ocean imagery, set into a curved white wall with dimensional SKIN1004 lettering. Everything else was kept quiet so the dome and the product did the work. An oval island table in soft grey-blue was sized so buyers could walk the full ring of product without crowding, with slim column pedestals stepping hero SKUs up to eye level and sculptural white coral forms at the dome’s base carrying the brand’s nature story without a line of explanatory graphics. A freestanding rotating wheel unit with fitted product trays gave attendees a reason to stop and touch.
Overhead, a suspended circular fabric ring pulled the brand above the sight line of every neighbouring stand, keeping SKIN1004 visible from the far end of the hall. The wall graphics and dome panel were printed in our own shop and fitted to the millimeter. Fabricated in La Mirada, California; trucked to Orlando and installed by the same crew that built it.
One team, first sketch to show floor
Like every exhibit we build, the SKIN1004 – Retail-Grade Beauty Showcase booth ran through our complete in-house pipeline. Design and engineering resolved the structure, sightlines, and brand story before fabrication began. Our carpenters, metalworkers, and finishers built every element at our La Mirada facility, and the booth was fully staged in our shop - stood up, inspected, and approved - before a single crate shipped.
Large-format graphics were printed in the same building on our own equipment, fitted to the millimeter of the structures they wrap. On site in Orlando, FL, our crew handled delivery, installation, and show support - the same people accountable for the build, accountable on the floor.
