What to include in your inquiry
You do not need a brief to get started - a few sentences are enough. The details that help us respond with something useful on the first reply are the show name and dates, your booth number or space size (10x10, 10x20, 20x20 island and so on), the products or demos you need to feature, and a rough budget range if you have one. If you have a past booth, a logo file or a competitor you admire, attach or link them.
Timelines matter more than most exhibitors expect. A new custom build typically needs eight to twelve weeks from approved design to show floor for Southern California and Las Vegas, and a little longer for cross-country shows where freight adds a week. Rush programs are possible - our shop runs every day during show season - but the earlier we hear from you, the more design options stay open.
Prefer to see the work first? Our La Mirada facility is fifteen minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center and twenty-five from the LACC. We host client walkthroughs every week: you can see current builds in progress, stand inside a staged booth before it ships, and meet the carpenters, printers and installers who will handle your project. Call ahead and we will set a time.
