How It Started
A few years back, I had originally planned on moving and staying in Korea for 2-3 years. However, due to personal reasons, my path was directed back to the States. With no set destination, I struggled to settle down and my road was everything but smooth. A company owner I had previously worked for suddenly reached out to me and helped me find a warehouse and carpenter. This was the beginning of Beaver XP.
Beaver XP started small with just two employees who had a passion for building and creating. With just enough funds to purchase the bare minimum amount of supplies, we struggled to make decent profit.
When I thought I was slowly climbing up, I fell back down when my partner had to leave to go back home. I worked with no team and had trouble balancing the entire work on my own. After 2-3 months, I came across a generous laminator who dedicated his personal time to come over and help during the night and even the weekends. We then received one project and found another carpenter. After journeying through years of hardships and obstacles, our company was able to slowly overcome the difficulties through more and more clients and companies reaching out to us.
Currently, we are grateful to have the opportunity to grow and to have added more employees to handle different positions to help expand our business even more. Beaver XP is something I definitely couldn’t have achieved with my own two hands. The unexpected events that put me through many nights of anxiety and distress are now the moments I cherish and value the most.
