Olive Young Festa – KCON LA 2026 - Custom Trade Show Booth

For OLIVE YOUNG FESTA LA 2026, the first U.S. edition of Korea’s largest K-beauty festival, Beaver XP designed, fabricated, and installed the entire activation inside the Los Angeles Convention Center during KCON LA, August 14–16, 2026. The roughly 50,000-square-foot footprint recreated four Seoul neighborhoods — Seongsu, Gangnam, Hongdae, and Myeongdong — as walkable streets anchored by a full-scale Olive Young store, with booths for 55 Korean beauty and lifestyle brands, overhead street signage, crosswalk floor graphics, an LED-wrapped storefront, and subway-station photo moments.

Every structure was built and staged at our La Mirada shop and installed on the show floor by our own crews. Over three days the build welcomed roughly 100,000 visitors.

About this project

One team, first sketch to show floor

Like every exhibit we build, the Olive Young Festa – KCON LA 2026 booth ran through our complete in-house pipeline. Design and engineering resolved the structure, sightlines, and brand story before fabrication began. Our carpenters, metalworkers, and finishers built every element at our La Mirada facility, and the booth was fully staged in our shop - stood up, inspected, and approved - before a single crate shipped.

Large-format graphics were printed in the same building on our own equipment, fitted to the millimeter of the structures they wrap. On site in Los Angeles, CA, our crew handled delivery, installation, and show support - the same people accountable for the build, accountable on the floor.
