Custom Trade Show Booths and Exhibits in Florida
Orlando runs the second-largest convention center in America and Miami brings the international show circuit - we cover both with California-built custom exhibits.
Where we work
Florida is a top-three trade show state. The Orange County Convention Center in Orlando hosts massive attractions, healthcare, and consumer shows, while Miami Beach draws international brand events, art fairs, and boat shows with a very different design sensibility.
We build for both markets from our La Mirada facility: durable, freight-engineered structures for the Orlando mega-shows, and finish-forward brand environments for Miami. Freight, drayage, and install labor are coordinated end to end.
Orlando is a volume market. The Orange County Convention Center runs back-to-back attractions, healthcare, hospitality, aviation and consumer shows, many of them among the largest in their industries, and its North and West concourses each have their own logistics. Booths built for Orlando need to be durable, fast to install and easy to reconfigure, because most exhibitors return several times a year.
Miami is the opposite brief. The Miami Beach Convention Center and the surrounding hotel and waterfront venues host international brand events, art and design fairs, boat shows and beauty and fashion activations where finish quality and photography matter more than square footage. We build those with premium surfaces, integrated lighting and detailing that reads well up close.
Freight from Southern California to Florida runs about five business days by ground, so we plan Florida programs early and ship to the advance warehouse. Between shows, properties can store with us or with a Florida partner warehouse depending on the calendar.
