We fabricate in La Mirada, California, crate for long-haul freight, and coordinate every McCormick Place requirement in advance - so your booth arrives show-ready and your install runs clean.

McCormick Place is home to some of the largest shows in North America - manufacturing and automation, food service, healthcare, packaging and housewares among them. Its four buildings, high ceilings and long dock-to-booth distances make exhibit engineering matter more than almost anywhere else: structures need to be light enough to keep drayage in check, tough enough for long freight, and simple enough to assemble on a tight labor clock.

Our long-haul playbook is built for exactly this. Exhibits are engineered for crate efficiency, packed with numbered components and pre-hung graphics, and shipped to the advance warehouse on a schedule that leaves margin. A Beaver XP project manager meets the freight, supervises the approved-labor install and stays through show open, then manages the dismantle and return.

Chicago exhibitors often pair McCormick Place with the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont for smaller events. A property designed for both - typically a modular island that scales down to an inline - gets the most out of the freight investment.
