This August, Beaver XP served as the main structural contractor for the Olive Young Festa pavilion inside KCON LA 2026 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, with install running August 9-13. The pavilion brought together a lineup of K-beauty brands under one main structure, and our scope covered the parts that make a shared pavilion actually function as one build: primary structure and truss, electrical distribution, LED integration, the entrance panel, store-zone flooring, and the front wall.
A pavilion build like this differs from a single-brand booth. When several brands share one structure, the general contractor is responsible for the whole shell staying on schedule while individual brand build-outs happen inside it in parallel. Our crew worked alongside project partners on 3D modeling, metal fixtures, and overhead rigging to get the pavilion floor-ready for opening.
