Custom Trade Show Booths and Exhibits in Texas
Dallas, Houston, and Austin run three very different show economies - retail markets, energy, and tech. We build for all three from our California facility.
Where we work
Texas hosts one of the busiest and most varied show calendars in the country: Dallas runs massive retail markets and association shows, Houston anchors the energy sector with events like OTC, and Austin brings the tech and creative circuit led by SXSW.
Each market gets a different booth strategy - and one consistent operating model: California fabrication at California costs, freight planned to the venue, and project-managed installation with approved labor.
Dallas runs the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and the Dallas Market Center, where retail buyers walk showroom-style exhibits several times a year - clean merchandising, good lighting and durable finishes matter most. Houston is energy country: the George R. Brown Convention Center and NRG Center host OTC and the industrial shows around it, where exhibits carry heavy equipment, technical demos and serious meeting space.
Austin is different again. SXSW and the technology and creative calendar reward immersive, hospitality-led activations, often in hotels, warehouses and outdoor sites rather than a convention hall. We engineer those for the specific site, weather-ready where needed, and quick to install because windows are short.
Texas is three to four business days by ground from La Mirada, which puts it comfortably inside our long-haul lane. One custom property can rotate between Dallas, Houston and Austin with different graphics and layouts, stored between shows at our shop or with a Texas partner warehouse.
